Is this legal?
When will my package arrive?
We strive to have every order on its way to you within 48 hours, but some Mind35 orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process, depending on your payment method and the size of your order. We encourage you to sign up for Informed Delivery to know precisely when your order will arrive.
Do I need a medical card?
No. As long as you are over 21 years of age, you can order delivery at Mind35.

Do you offer free shipping?
We do! We currently offer free shipping on orders over $200 for all customers. Mind Members get free shipping based on their Tier – our VIP members get free shipping on every order!
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the continental United States, with the exception of U.S. territories and any APO/FPO addresses. We are constantly assessing the landscape of shipping costs and carriers to expand our shipping network and get you your orders faster and cheaper.

All of our orders are securely and discreetly packaged with no way of seeing what is inside.
Will the weather affect my order in transit?
All of our edible products are made and stored under ideal temperatures. Unfortunately, once it leaves our hands, we have no control over the storage conditions of your package, and it is possible that orders from customers in warmer climates may be affected by the environment. We recommend those customers to monitor Informed Delivery and bring their package inside to cooler temperatures once it arrives, and to refrigerate and/or freeze any affected product to restore its integrity. The efficacy of your edible product will not be compromised by changes in the environment.
However, if you do receive an edible order which has been significantly melted or damaged in transit, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, and that may limit our ability to modify your order or prevent it from shipping. However, please reach out to us with any specific request, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return products?
In order to maintain discretion, we do not accept any returns of product. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
