Every order you place with Mind35 earns points, and those points come off your next order. There is no card to carry, no app to download, and no monthly fee. Create an account, shop as you normally would, and the points collect on their own.
If you already have an account, your current balance is shown below.
How it works
1. Create an account
Points only attach to an account, so guest checkout will not collect them. Signing up takes about a minute.
2. Shop
Points are added automatically once your order is [confirmed/delivered – confirm which]. Nothing to claim, nothing to enter.
3. Redeem
At checkout, apply your points to knock money off the total. You choose when to use them and how many to spend.
Ways to earn
| What you do | What you get |
|---|---|
| Place an order | [X] Points per $1 spent |
| Create an account | [X] Points, one time |
| Leave a product review | [X] Points |
| Refer a friend | [X] Points once their first order completes |
| Birthday | [X] Points |
What your points are worth
[X] points equals $[X] off. There is no minimum balance before you can spend them, and you can use them on [full price orders only / any order – confirm].
Example: a $[100] order earns [X] points, which is worth $[X] off your next one.
What points cannot be used on
Be specific here, because this is the part customers argue about. Confirm and list:
- [Sale or discounted items]
- [Bundle pricing]
- [Shipping costs]
- [Anything already discounted by a coupon]
Also confirm whether points expire. If they do, say so plainly: “Points expire after [X] months of account inactivity.” If they do not, say that instead, because “no expiry” is a genuine selling point worth stating.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
Yes. Points attach to your account, so orders placed as a guest will not earn them.
When do points appear?
Points land once your order is [confirmed/delivered]. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points from it are removed.
Can I use points and a coupon together?
[Confirm the rule and state it here in one sentence.]
Do points work on the delivery site?
[Confirm. If the two sites run separate accounts, say so clearly, because customers will assume one balance covers both.]
What happens if I return something?
Points earned on that order are reversed, and any points you spent on it are returned to your balance.
Do points expire?
[Confirm.]
